Supporting the Wairarapa Maintenance and Construction delivery teams you will be involved in financial accruals and forecasting, preparing monthly claims, reviewing, and processing subcontractor's claims, general administrative tasks, preparing the works programmes, reporting and file management. This is a busy role – and will offer lots of variety!

Job Requirements

Proven experience in an admin role with a financial / contracts focus Civil construction industry experience would be a bonus! Competent with Microsoft Excel and Word Versatility – be effective and efficient Self-motivated and pro-active Holds full class 1 licence Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. he successful applicant will be required to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing along with a health check – you’ll need to be fit for work!
