An Invercargill based phone repair/retail store is looking for a full-time staff member to expand their awesome crew! You will need exceptional customer service skills, technical troubleshooting ability, and vast knowledge of differing mobile devices to diagnose both hardware and software issues.
Duties will include but are not limited to: • Greeting customers, answering questions, and assisting with purchases. • Diagnosing and repairing phone issues, such as screen replacements, battery replacements, and software troubleshooting. • Selling phone accessories, and other tech products. Including ensuring proper display and stock levels of products. • Assisting with repairs and ensuring repairs meet company and industry standards.
Job Requirements
Successful candidates will be able to: • Knowledge of mobile device hardware and software, diagnostic tools, and repair techniques. • Communicate effectively, listen to customer needs, and provide helpful solutions. • Present products and services effectively, close sales, and upsell. • Diagnose and troubleshoot phone issues quickly and accurately. • Handle delicate components with precision and care.
Candidates must pass a Ministry of Justice check and have reliable transport to get to and from work.

- The store is open 7-day’s therefore hours will be on a roster (business hours are 9am – 6pm). (40 hours per week)
