The Role: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Service Manager to lead our Auckland team. In this role, you will: • Lead with empathy, Support and develop a diverse, field-based team • Engage with purpose, build meaningful relationships with clients • Ensure safety and quality, uphold our high safety standards and service excellence • Collaborate with your team to identify new business opportunities • Be the master of operations inside our business; you will juggle many tasks
To thrive in this role, you should have: • A strong understanding of maintenance services and contract management. • 5+ years in a people leadership role. • Proven leadership experience with a focus on team development and well-being. • Confidence in managing HR and HSE processes with a people-first approach. • A proactive mindset for business development and stakeholder engagement. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Job Requirements
1- Have a background in Fuel OR Electrical OR Energy OR EV OR Facilities Management, where you performed all the Job Description duties. 2- 5+ years in a People Leadership role. 3- Have that experience detailed on your CV. 4- Have a FULL class 1 driver licence in order to drive Company vehicles 5- Be drug free in order to pass random testing 6- Any convictions are to be disclosed and will be considered case by case.
