Kiwifruit Orchard Workers - BOP

We have an opportunity for people who enjoy outdoor work doing winter pruning of both green and gold vines which can lead onto summer orchard work, are motivated and a good team player to work with us in the Mt Maunganui and Te Puke areas. This work involves being on your feet for long periods working with your hand above head and shoulder height. A reasonable level of fitness is required. For health and safety reasons, closed footwear must be worn on-orchard – gumboots are suitable. You will require secured accommodation within daily travel distance. This may lead on to further summer orchard work through to mid-December 2025.

Must be physically fit and reliable Must have your own reliable transport to get to work and minimum restricted drivers licence if driving self. Criminal convictions considered on a case-by-case excluding any form of assault, theft, burglaries and fraudulent activities. Must be flexible to work on weekends Experience would be good but is not necessary as on-the-job training is given.
