Shift Supervisor

• Oversee daily store operations during assigned shifts to ensure smooth functioning and customer satisfaction • Supervise floor staff, delegate tasks, and ensure performance meets company standards • Monitor sales transactions and assist with achieving shift targets • Support inventory control by monitoring stock levels, restocking shelves, and reporting discrepancies • Ensure effective merchandising and promotional displays are maintained during the shift • Provide guidance and basic training to new or junior team members • Address routine customer inquiries, resolve minor complaints, and escalate issues when necessary • Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and security of the store is upheld at all times • Open and/or close the store as required, including handling cash reconciliation and securing premises • Report shift activity, incidents, and staff performance to the Assistant Manager or Store Manager.

• Must be available for rotating shifts, including weekends and nights. • Must have a minimum of 1 year of retail work experience. • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and the capacity to perform under pressure. • Reliable, hardworking, and committed to delivering excellent service. • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
