You’ll need to be physically fit and capable of carrying out manual labour on active construction sites. The right candidate will follow instructions with care, pay close attention to detail, and stay committed to top-tier health and safety standards. You should also be a strong problem-solver, ready to think on your feet and handle challenges with confidence.

Most of our projects are based in the Northland region, but occasional travel outside the area may be required. Reliable transport to and from work sites is essential — carpooling in work vehicles may be arranged when available.

Previous experience in civil construction is preferred, but not essential — the right attitude matters most. We’re after people who are mentally strong, self-motivated, willing, and keen to learn.

A full, valid NZ Driver’s Licence + reliable transport A clean pre-employment drug test + ongoing random drug testing (zero tolerance) A strong work ethic and positive, can-do attitude The ability to perform physical labour tasks Great attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Strong problem-solving skills Commitment to health and safety protocols
