About the Role As a Traffic Management Assistant, you’ll be supporting qualified Traffic Controllers and Site Traffic Management Supervisors (STMS) to keep roadwork and construction sites safe. These are entry-level roles – no formal qualifications required – and we’ll provide training opportunities for those who want to progress. Key Responsibilities • Assist with setting up and packing down temporary traffic management (TTM) sites • Direct vehicles and pedestrians safely around work zones • Support STMS and TMO on site with general labouring tasks • Monitor signage and road cone placement • Help maintain a safe working environment for all What We’re Looking For • Physically fit and able to work on your feet in all weather • Reliable transport to get to the yard each morning • Reliable with a strong work ethic for really early starts & long days • Able to follow instructions and work well in a team • Good communication and awareness of surroundings • A commitment to health and safety • A current Class 1 (car) driver’s licence is a bonus • Any TTM qualifications (TTM Worker, TC, TMO, STMS) or prior experience is a plus – but not essential If this is an opportunity sounds like you , APPLY now!!
