We need someone who is willing to commit to our company and is prepared to take the responsibility and run with it. Provide outstanding customer service and build trust and loyalty with our wonderful customers. Understanding customer requirements and recommending product range, price, delivery, warranties and product use and care as per the instructions of the manager and /or technician. Assisting the manager in stock take. Stacking and displaying goods for sale, and preparing the product for delivery. Work with a passionate team to reach sales targets. Processing payments and keeping up to date with daily admin tasks, including general cleanliness and presentation of the store. Maintaining high-store performance. Ensuring everyone’s safety by complying with Company’s Health and safety obligations.
Job Requirements
Relevant work experience would be preferable A natural ability to build rapport with any customer and assist them during their visit Excellent communication, interpersonal, and people management skills A proactive approach, motivation to achieve and improve continuously Clean criminal record and Zero tolerance for drugs at the workplace.
- Days of work
- You will be required to work between 30 hours – 40 hours from 9 am to 5 pm (Monday - Friday) sometimes Sats (40 hours per week)
