A Hastings thriving business known for quality products and excellent customer service are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Retail Store Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities: • Greet and serve customers in-store with a friendly and professional attitude. • Process phone and email orders efficiently and accurately. • Assist the sales representative with customer inquiries and support. • Maintain the showroom's appearance by ensuring it is clean, tidy, and well-stocked. • Display products attractively to enhance customer experience. • Manage cash handling and maintain accurate records. • Utilize computer skills for basic administration tasks. • Manage and update social media channels (advantageous).

To be successful for this role you must: • Previous retail experience • Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. • Experience in cash handling and transaction processing. • Proficient computer skills; experience with social media is an advantage. • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently. • Pass pre-employment police and drug test. • Own transport to get to and from work
