Experienced Roofer – Spouting & Roof Installation

Employer is seeking a skilled and experienced roofer to join their growing team. This hands-on role involves the installation and maintenance of a wide range of roofing and spouting systems, including new tile and steel roofs, repairs, and regular maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities: • Install new roofing systems (tile and long-run steel) for residential and commercial properties • Complete new spouting and downpipe installations with precision • Perform spouting repairs and maintenance including blockage clearance and minor fixes • Carry out roof inspections and report on conditions and necessary work • Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team • Maintain a high standard of health and safety on all job sites • Communicate clearly with clients and supervisors regarding project progress

• Proven experience in roofing (tile and/or steel installations essential) • Knowledge of spouting systems and general roof maintenance • Physically fit, agile, and confident working at heights • Able to climb up and down ladders regularly and move comfortably across various roof surfaces • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills • Full NZ driver’s licence • Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality work • Site Safe or other relevant safety training (preferred)
