Commercial Cleaners
About this job
1. Ensure the cleaning is conducted following validated cleaning procedures. 2. Wash down floors, walls and operating high pressure water hoses during the cleaning process. 3. Coordinate the implementation of cleaning policies and practices as outlined in the company's food safety program. 4. Disassemble/Reassemble and clean/sanitise machine and other equipment. 5. Clean and Sanitise all meat bins, carts and storage containers. 6. Sanitise all food-contact surfaces with approved solutions. 7. Ensure timely escalation of issue eg, safety and quality management. 8. Work with senior management to organise tasks around the plant. 9. Responsible for quality and finished outcome.
Job Requirements
1. Experienced have experience in industrial cleaning. It is preferred but not essential-we offer training. 2. Candidates should be physically fit, trustworthy and reliable for the role. 3. Thoroughly clean all meat processing machines (eg. grinders, slicers, conveyors, cutters). 4. Ability to understand, correctly interpret and follow instructions, procedures and information.
