We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Advisor and Administrator to join our automotive dealership team. This role involves booking jobs, assisting customers, liaising with technicians, billings / invoicing, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will have experience in administration, communication and organizational skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
Job Requirements
What we're looking for:
Experience in administration or a similar role in the automotive industry. Proficiency in computer software and record keeping. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and accuracy, must be able to deal with a busy work environment and able to multitask on the fly.
