About this job
All cellar operations - fruit receival, clarification and fermentation during vintage and blending, fining and cooperage operations throughout the rest of the year. General winery upkeep and maintenance Support and train the vintage teams each season
Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years' experience in a med-large winery Winemaking qualifications, experience training and supervising vintage teams would be an advantage
- Days of work
- 40 hours a week typically 7am - 3:30pm Mon - Fri, extended hours over harvest - 12 hour shifts up to 6 days a week (40 hours per week)
