About Us: We are an established Australian based company expanding its logistics division into New Zealand, offering integrated sea freight, warehousing, and last-mile delivery solutions. As a startup branch, we’re building a lean, agile team to grow our client base and streamline operations.
Role Overview: We seek a hands-on Salesperson who can also handle delivery duties—a role perfect for entrepreneurial logistics professionals. Responsibilities include:
Business Development: Onboarding B2B clients (importers, e-commerce sellers, retailers) and negotiating contracts for freight/warehousing services.
• Delivery Execution: Personally handling last-mile deliveries (bulky/palletized goods) to build client trust and optimize routes using our platform.

Job Requirements
• Preference given to candidates with 3+ years in logistics sales/business development with established NZ client relationships • Operational experience in procurement, warehousing, or sea freight. • Essential Licences: o Full driver’s licence o Forklift driver's licence • Physical capability for heavy lifting. • Entrepreneurial mindset with tech proficiency (WMS/ERP systems familiarity preferred). • Mandatory: Clean drug test and criminal record check.
