Assistant Store Manager
About this job
You are responsible for everything that happens in store and, which includes assisting the Store Manager with establishing and managing your team, meeting minimum operational standards, building sales, controlling costs and be ready for any kind of food and safety Audits. Responsibility: • Be punctual and present in the correct Domino’s uniform. • Fully operate any shift. • Cash Control .• Customer Service • Store cleanliness & organisation. • Training and developing exceptional Team members. • Lead by example; uphold all Domino’s policies and standards .• Ensure Team Members comply with policies and standards .• Stock Ordering & Management .• Recruitment and training. • Safety of all team members & customers .• Sales building – school visits, Motel Visits, box topping/wobble boards/car tops etc .• Maintenance & cleanliness of company vehicles. • Doing staff rosters. • Foster a fun, can-do attitude.

Job Requirements
Degree/Diploma Level 5 required OR 2 years of fast food business or restaurant experience required. Pass pre-employment drug test and Police check
