Entry Level Painter

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Entry Level Painter to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to start your career in the painting and decorating industry. You’ll receive full on-the-job training and work alongside experienced professionals on a variety of residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities: - Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and filling cracks or holes - Apply plaster, paint, wallpaper, and decorative finishes to various surfaces - Mix and match paint colors to achieve the desired results - Maintain tools and equipment and keep workspaces clean and organized - Follow safety procedures and ensure all work meets quality standards - Communicate clearly with clients and team members to achieve the desired aesthetic outcome

Hold at least a restricted driver’s licence (full licence preferred) Have reliable transport to travel to different work sites Be able to pass a pre-employment drug test Demonstrate good, clear communication skills Be a team player with a great attitude and willingness to learn Be reliable, punctual, and eager to develop your skills Criminal convictions will be considered on a case-by-case basis
