Food & Beverage Attendant - this role provides high-quality service in the restaurant and bar, as well as assisting with set-up and service for any conferencing and social events that take place at the hotel. Whether you are waiting tables, making coffees, or serving up cocktails, you will be surrounded by a supportive and fun team in a beautifully designed environment.

Bartender - This role will suit someone who is enthusiastic about delivering special moments and memories for our guests and patrons, who loves mixing up a cocktail and serving it with flair. What you will be doing... • Delivering top-notch customer service and anticipating guests' needs to create a welcoming and positive atmosphere • Taking orders, serving food and beverages, and providing recommendations on menu items • Assist in setting up conferences and events spaces • Ensuring the dining area is immaculate, tables are properly set, and all aspects of service meet our high standards • Working closely with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and a cohesive guest experience • Following all hotel policies, procedures, and safety guidelines to maintain the quality of service

• Preferably have prior experience in Food & Beverage roles • A fast learner • Flexible with hours and working on weekends • Able to engage with colleagues and customers easily • Cheerful, playful, with a great sense of humor • Keen to get stuck in and help where ever needed. • Any relevant Bartending/Serving qualifications and an LCQ would be an advantage. • At least 6 months experience as a Bartender/Waiting staff • Must Pass MOJ • Must pass Drug test • Must have up to date CV
