Sales Representative
About this job
• Carry out door-to-door sales activities within the assigned area to meet company targets. • Clearly explain the company’s mortgage and financial service options to potential customers in a friendly and professional manner. • Share service and plans with customers, focusing on providing accurate and helpful information. • Plan an effective daily route to reach more customers and improve results. • Work closely with other team members to resolve any customer queries quickly and effectively. • Assist customers with filling out forms and ensure all paperwork is completed correctly. • Track your daily sales efforts and adjust your approach when needed to meet goals. • Submit regular sales reports to management. • Always protect customer information and maintain confidentiality. • Please note: This role is focused on promoting services and collecting customer details. You will not be required or permitted to provide any financial or mortgage advice to clients.
Job Requirements
Relevant experience preferred, but not mandatory • A valid driver’s licence is required. • Good communication skills • Must be able to do door-to-door • Must be able to travel within the region to pursue the job • Availability to work on weekends • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. • Applicants may also be occasionally required to work across other regions, including the Bay of Plenty and Auckland, depending on business needs. Travel or relocation costs will be covered by the employer.
