Truck Driver

• Drive a tipper truck for loading and uploading. • Perform mechanical works when needed. • Fill in the job sheets and timesheets on a daily basis. • Ensure compliance with NZ driving/operating rules and health & safety rules are complied with all times. • Do machine transporting, loading and unloading vehicles using lifting and tipping devices. • Wash, clean and grease your assigned trucks on a weekly basis, making regular quality check of vehicles to ensure they can be driven safely. • Responsible of securing the loads to prevent loss and damages, verifying loading documents, checking condition of goods and obtaining certification of deliveries, ensuring safe distribution of weight. • Punctual, clean and tidy appearance at the cautious and cooperative manner towards customers and co-workers.

• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in driving heavy vehicles (Class 4 and/or Class 5) is required. • Experience in operating Tipper Truck is required for at least 6 months. • Must able to work across weekends and outside normal working hours. • Strong attention to safety and detail. • Must pass pre-employment check : Ministry of Justice, medical and drug test.
