Domestic Cleaners

Auckland employer is looking for experienced Domestic cleaners for: Auckland South (full time), West (casual- starting 10-15 hours /week, leading up to 30 hours/week) and North (casual- starting 10-15 hours /week, leading up to 30 hours/week). Ideal candidate must have their own transport and a valid license, positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and the ability to follow instructions to join the team.

Responsibilities: • Maintain cleanliness of residential spaces, including house, toilets , kitchen and all the house. • Empty containers, bins, and trays, disposing of rubbish and recyclable materials in the proper manner. • Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to clean floors, work areas, and machinery efficiently. • Use acids and solvents to clean surfaces, remove stains and dirt, strip old wax from floors, reapply wax, and polish for a renewed finish. • Perform regular inspections and maintenance activities to uphold cleanliness standards. • Clean and disinfect bathrooms and other wet areas, and report any faulty equipment to management. • Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies as needed. • Inform management of any deficiencies, necessary repairs, or issues encountered during cleaning tasks

Physically fit Must have a valid drivers licence and reliable transport Exceptional customer service skills. Minimum 6 months of experience in residential/domestic cleaning or housekeeping. Knowledge of OH&S procedures, relevant chemicals, and safe work practices. Must pass police vetting and pre-employment drug testing
