Machine Operator - Metal Recycling

Large metal recycling company based in Mangere is seeking a Machine Operator. In this role you will be reporting to the Yard Supervisor, you will safely operate machinery to help with the efficient processing of scrap metal. Attention to detail - this role will be working with metals, requiring the position to be able to identify and separate, and process material A can-do attitude, you will be open to undertaking training in order to diversify your skills Excellent attendance, reliability, and ability to work in a team environment, but also unsupervised Minimum 2 years of experience in a machine operator or similar position (e.g. material handler, excavator/shear) Forklift, WTR endorsements Experience in the Metal Recycling industry, which involved metal sorting & processing techniques or other relevant industry Experience in operating other heavy machinery
