Are you a self-motivated marketing and sales professional looking for a flexible, work-from-home opportunity? We're seeking a proactive and creative Marketing & Sales Specialist to join a growing team.

About this job: - In this role, you'll support the national customer base by managing digital platforms, communicating with clients, and driving marketing initiatives that help grow the business and talking with customers on how to best promote their business. This role will be 100% working from home, a minimum of 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, or even on a weekend, but it’s flexible hours to suit your lifestyle (e.g. school hours).

In addition to the basic wages, there is also the opportunity to earn commission on successful sales. Other benefits will include the usual tools of trade, like a phone, broadband connection, and selected additional equipment required to help you thrive in your role. Duties and responsibilities will include, but might not be limited to: • Managing and updating the online store, including product listings, pricing updates, and vendor communications. • Developing engaging content for monthly newsletters and ensuring timely distribution. • Set up and manage customer accounts on internal platform. • Designing and implementing promotional marketing campaigns. • Creating and scheduling social media content (Facebook, Instagram, etc.). • Respond to customer enquiries and direct them to the appropriate team members. • Identify and convert sales opportunities across products and services. • Support special projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams as needed.

Job Requirements

• Willingness to learn and grow and wear a variety of hats. • Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively. • Experience in sales, marketing, content creation, and task coordination. • Familiarity with creative tools (basic design, editing, and layout software). • Strong social media management skills. • Confident communicator able to liaise with internal teams, external vendors, and clients across retail and wholesale. • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test.
