We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Administrative Support Officer to join our team of Licensed Immigration Advisers.
This role provides essential administrative and clerical support in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the administration inbox (Outlook): sending, receiving, and responding to emails Field enquiries from the company website Book client appointments (office, Zoom, or phone) using an online booking system Meet and greet clients in the office Organise and maintain client electronic files, including saving documents in Dropbox using correct naming and date conventions Pre-populate online application forms Prepare and send invoices using Xero Use Microsoft Word and Excel to complete administrative tasks Provide general administrative support as needed to meet deadlines

Job Requirements
In order to succeed, you need:
Previous experience in office administration or clerical roles Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Fast and accurate typing skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Familiarity with Xero (preferred but not essential) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines Customer-focused with a friendly and professional approach Able to work independently and take initiative Qualification in administration or a related field (desirable)

- Monday to Friday, 10am to 1pm (office-based) Up to 5 additional hours per week remote/from home as required (laptop provided) (15 hours per week)
