What You’ll Be Doing

Marketing Campaigns - Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across digital platforms - Track performance metrics and provide insights to the leadership team - Deliver creative content across email, social media, and web

Content Creation - Write and design engaging marketing materials: blog posts, social content, newsletters - Ensure content aligns with brand tone and visual identity - Stay on top of industry trends to keep content fresh and relevant

Digital Marketing - Manage and schedule social media content - Monitor engagement, respond to comments, and report performance - Keep website content accurate, up-to-date, and SEO-friendly

Market Research - Research trends, audience behavior, and competitors - Analyze data and report findings to guide strategy - Help shape marketing approaches with real-world insights

Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with internal teams to align marketing with business goals - Gather feedback from staff and clients to enhance campaigns - Ensure consistent brand messaging across departments

Job Requirements

- Qualification in Marketing, Communications, or related field - Strong writing, editing, and visual content creation skills - Solid understanding of digital channels (social, email, SEO, web) - Great time management and attention to detail - A positive attitude and collaborative spirit - Proficiency with tools like Canva, Mailchimp, WordPress, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics is a plus
