Duty Manager
About this job
Looking for a dynamic duty manager to look after venues holding up to 300 people. Venues are hybrid between cafe and restaurant style dining - fine and casual. Managing large functions and bookings. Ability to manage team of up to twenty. Hosting and organising bookings and ability to manage the floor and seating plans. Our customers always expect very high-quality products and service from us, and it’s the team’s responsibility to make sure we deliver.
We have a new venue opening later in the year, in which the Venue Manager of the current venue will be looking after. Ideally, we need someone who could potentially step up in responsibility as well.

Excellent communication skills Clear communication skills between kitchen, staff and guests Hosting and organisational skills Able to handle complaints in the most skilled way
