Support workers (personal care) needed for Kumue and central west Auckland facilities. Key responsibilities include: - Provide daily care and support to clients. - Assist patients with daily activities, including eating, bathing and movement. - Administer and assist with medications and other treatments to clients. - Supervise and support clients to ensure their safety and well-being. - Observe client behaviour and keep records, reporting any changes in behaviour or health. - Record client temperatures, pulse, respirations and weight where required. - Sensitive communication with clients and family members. - Provide emotional support by talking to clients and listening to their concerns. - Support clients with recreational activities. - Maintain confidentiality with all client related information. - Give an accurate and concise oral report after each shift during handover.

Job Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months experience required. - Must hold current full driver's license. - Must be able to work at least one weekend day. - Formal qualification is a bonus but not essential.
- Days of work
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and one weekend either Saturday or Sunday (45 hours per week)
