Customer Service Representative
About this job
Assist customers by providing information on products and services. Operate the point-of-sale system for transactions, refunds, and exchanges accurately. Maintain cleanliness and presentation of store shelves, counters, and displays. Restock shelves and ensure pricing and product information are up to date. Handle customer complaints or queries professionally and escalate when required. Promote sales, loyalty programs, and promotional activities as directed by store management. Follow health, safety, and food handling procedures (where applicable). Work collaboratively with store team members and report daily activities to the Store Manager. Assist with store opening, closing, and security procedures as rostered. Maintain a professional and friendly attitude to enhance the customer experience.
Job Requirements
At least 6 months or more of relevant experience. or At least Level 2 or above relevant qualification.
