Front of House Person

• Greeted customers confidently and professionally before taking their orders, serving items, and cleaning away utensils. • Understanding all food and beverage items on the menu and being able to explain specific products to customers, as well as offer personalised recommendations. • Determining customer requirements and advising on product range, price, and delivery. • Accepting payment for goods and services by a variety of payment methods and preparing sales invoices. • Assisting with the ongoing management of stock, such as product inventories and participating in stocktakes. • Communicate any issues or incidents to management. • Follow established policies, procedures, guidelines, and manuals to ensure compliance, safety, and profitability. • Assist in Preparing Pizza and other dishes as described in the menu. • Assist in delivering orders as required. • Give assistance and support to other departments and colleagues as needed.

• Must hold a Class 1 driving license in New Zealand or an equivalent overseas driving license. • Presentation-focused with a keen eye for detail. • a proactive, quick learner. • Should be able to communicate in basic English. • Should be able to do Basic Mathematical calculations to work on the cash counter. • Must be able to work across any shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays. • Must be able to lift up to 25kg. • Must be able to pass a random drug test. • Able to stand for long periods and capable of physical work.
