Retail Store Assistant
About this job
We are looking for a full-time Retail Store Assistant for our renownedAsian Grocery Store in Whakatane. -Serving the customers with great help and making sure that they receive prompt service -Listening to customers to know about their queries, concerns and feedback -Advising customers about location of their preferred product, price and some general knowledge about the product -Serving and selling on cash counters to serve clients and taking payments from them. -Face-up of store products whenever required. -Filling new stock into the store -Receiving inventory and storing/handling it properly -Dealing with customers and gathering feedback to improve customer satisfaction -Adhering to the store policies at all the times -Participating in stock take and stock transfers -Any other duties that may be asked from time to time.

Job Requirements
Customer service focused, good communication skills, good personal presentation, good numeric skills.
