Commercial Cleaner
About this job
You will ensure commercial properties are cleaned thoroughly as per management instructions. • Perform detailed cleaning of assigned residential sites when required. • Empty bins and containers, ensuring proper disposal of waste and recyclable materials • Operate vacuum cleaners to maintain cleanliness of floors, work areas, and machinery. • Clean windows at varying heights using suitable tools and cleaning agents. • Travel to client locations in company vehicles to complete cleaning assignments. • Dust and clean high surfaces, including ceilings, walls, fixtures, and overhead pipes. • Apply appropriate cleaning products to remove dirt, marks, and tough stains. • Strip and re-wax floors, followed by polishing to maintain a clean finish. • Carry out routine site inspections and basic maintenance, keeping records of tasks completed. • Conduct minor repairs or adjustments on cleaning tools and machinery when necessary.

Job Requirements
Full class 1 driver license. • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed. • Comfortable working at heights when required. • Physically fit and able to perform a range of cleaning tasks. • High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality. Pass a pre-employment drug test.
