Assist with managing the store Prepare rosters in conjunction with store manager Oversee performance ,attitude ,presentation, Knowledge and training of all staff. Maintain a clean and tidy appearance of the entire operation including any maintenance work Ensure stock level are maintained at the correct level All stock must be available and not run out during operation. Ensure that customer wants and needs are met and in all possible cases exceeded. Ensure that quality control are carried out. Ensure maintenance of the standard in the food preparation area. Assist with handling complaints and queries on various matters. Ensure stock in fridges is temperature controlled Maintains standards required for hygiene and safety. Taking orders and assisting staff when the store is busy. Good communication skills and good work ethic to be practiced at all times. Assist the store manager in staff selection and training and local marketing initiatives.
Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role Must be available weekends and through festive seasons Flexibility required with hours Any relevant qualifications are ideal

- Rostered shifts over 7 days - Store open from 11am - 12am Sunday - Thurs 11am - 2:30pm Friday - Saturday (32 hours per week)
