Key Responsibilities

Answering customer calls with professionalism and warmth Processing invoices and reconciling accounts using Xero General administration duties to support daily operations Updating and maintaining health and safety records Assisting the dispatch team during busy periods Supporting other divisions (Farming, Transport, Feed Sales) when needed

Job Requirements

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Confidence with administrative tasks and customer service Experience with Xero or similar accounting software Willingness to learn and pitch in across the business in multiple areas Ability to adapt in a flexible and fast-moving environment

Days of work
Hours: 25 hours per week (9am – 3pm, Monday to Friday) (25 hours per week)
