Duties: • Coordinate daily operations within the internet services team • Confidently make and receive phone calls with professionalism and empathy • Perform general administrative tasks and provide front-line support • Assist with basic accounts and record keeping • Work independently and take initiative to solve problems • Ensure quality service delivery to the local community
Job Requirements
- Self Motivated person - Full drivers licence or Restricted able to get Full - Pass Police Check and Random drug test - Feel comfortable talking to customers on the phone - Strong computer skills
