If you have the following skills and experience, then you may be a good fit:
• Experience working alongside or supporting whanau Maori • Kaupapa Maori Values and Practices and at a comfortable level of Te Reo Maori. • Familiarity with local social service networks and how to navigate them • Comfortable in navigating Te Ao Maori spaces and understanding our Maori value systems. • Skilled at effectively communicating and relationship management • Strong decision making, problem solving, and initiative taking skills • Relationship Management • Knowledge of, MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel. • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
You'll build trust, co-create solutions, and provide safe spaces for whanau to thrive – all through the lens of kaupapa Maori.
Job Requirements
• Full License and access to a vehicle with a current WOF and Registration • Able to pass a Police check • Strong IT skills • Comfortable with Te Reo Maori • A Cover Letter outlining your relevant experience, skills, and why you're interested in this kaupapa
