About this job
A kiwifruit contractor operating between Edgecumbe to Katikati wants a Supervisor to Assist in driving continuous improvement, productivity, and business growth. Assist in staff training, supervising and performance management to ensure that everyone is performing adequately in their role. Ensuring that communication between sites is ongoing and utilised to maintain an environment of continuous improvement. Identifying any skills gaps and assist in undertaking a recruitment and training programme to support fulfil these. Assist in implementation of new policies and procedures. Ensuring key performance indicators are in place and targets are met. Ensuring business complies with relevant government legislation, policies and procedures. Assist in purchasing of operating tools, equipment, and machinery. Ensure business compliance with occupational health and safety standards.

Job Requirements
Either 1 year experience OR level 3 qualification in any field is required. Full class1 driver licence Pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test Pass a Police check
