Office Receptionist - Penrose

A well established business specialising in deconstruction/ demolition are seeking an experienced Receptionist in their Penrose office. In this role your duties will include: -Answering Phones -Greeting Customers -Running Errands (hence Full Class 1 Driver License Required) -Managing Office Stock Take -Filing -Sorting Packages and working with Couriers -Help with approving timesheets -Keeping office area tidy (very important).
The ideal applicant will have some previous similar experience, speak fluent English, have knowledge of and able to use the well -known Te Reo Maori greetings (Maori Run Business), be very reliable , keep good time management, have good organizing Skills and understand how to deal with Conflict.

Job Requirements
1- Full Class 1 Driver License in order to run errands in business vehicles 2- Have at least 6 months of similar Office Reception experience 3- That experience is to be noted on your up to date CV 4-Have knowledge of and able to use the well -known Te Reo Maori greetings 5- be able to provide contact details of 2 recent past Employers for a reference check 6- Any past criminal convictions are to be disclosed, and will be considered case by case. 7- Be an NZ Citizen or permanent Resident and currently living in Auckland.
