About this job
This role will need a level of computer literacy along with good people skills; good personal management skills; self-learning skills; the ability to problem solve; and good, clear communications skills - both oral and written. The work involves liaising with our client base through our helpdesk system and Zoom meetings; diagnosing issues and solving problems; interacting with development staff; utilising our various online systems including Github; Freshdesk; and Gecco (our product) This is an opportunity for someone with an interest in computing, particularly software. Who can support others in a friendly manner to problem solve issues they may have.
Job Requirements
Someone with a keen interest who is willing to learn and who is keen to be part of a small developing business with potential to have professional development growth over time.
