Keep kitchen and food - preparation areas clean and hygienic • Wash & Sanitise cookware, utensils and other kitchen equipment • Transfer, weigh & check incoming supplies, store them correctly • Assemble & portion ingredients for the cooks and chefs • Assist cooks & chefs with meal and plate preparation • Cook, toast or heat simple menu items as directed • During periods of reduced demand, especially over winter, you may be assigned supplementary front of house duties, including order taking, point of sale transactions & table service of food & beverages
