About this job

An East Auckland company is looking for a Bottle Machine Operator who is competent in the following tasks and able to work a rotational roster. The ideal person will have proven Heavy industrial manufacturing experience and Machine operation experience, Quality control/defect analysis with ability and analytical skills to operate various IT systems. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work shifts on 24 x 7 rotation. A proven commitment to safety, quality, and productivity. Other duties will include Capable of operating all I.S Forming machines Confident at working on and understanding all Forming processes at the Hot end – NNPB/B&B/P&B Changing out all mould related gear and ancillary equipment on the I.S machine Monitoring all Forming Hot end inspection equipment and making adjustments when required, Icare, Gob Radar, Hot lab Assist the Forehearth team changing out refractories on the Forehearth as required. Assist the Job change crew change with gear changes and set up on the I.S machine when required. Please email dallas.hannam001@msd.govt.nz with up to date CV including the skills listed.
