We are urgently looking for an enthusiastic and technically skilled Screen Arts teacher of young adults. You will be responsible for teaching practical skills in this technical area. As a member of the team you will also contribute to other areas of course delivery, e.g., off site productions/project supervisions, and some operational duties. Job Requirements
Must hold a Full class 1 Licence Must be able to pass a Ministry of Justice check Ability to pass a Drug test. Essential Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree or significant industry experience in any aspect of Screen Arts: Film, Animation, Digital Media, or related field. • Current knowledge of industry practices and technologies • A portfolio of professional work • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to adjust to different learning styles and needs Desirable Qualities: • Experience with digital production tools and techniques • Industry connections and professional experience • Commitment to culturally responsive and inclusive teaching practices • Knowledge of te reo Maori and tikanga Maori
