South Auckland based employer is currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Scaffolding Labourer to join our construction team. You will assist with the assembly, dismantling, and maintenance of scaffolding structures on job sites. This is a physically demanding role that requires a strong work ethic, safety awareness, and a team-oriented mindset. Key Responsibilities: • Assist scaffolders with erecting and dismantling scaffolding • Load and unload scaffolding materials and tools • Ensure site safety by following all safety protocols • Maintain a clean and organized worksite and caring for scaffolding tools and equipment • Perform manual labour such as lifting, carrying, and securing materials • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors • Performing other general labouring duties as required.

Job Requirements

• Ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills • Good physical fitness and stamina • Reliable transport to get to work site. • Able to pass MOJ/ Drug test • Reliability and punctuality are essential. • Basic understanding of hand tools and power tools is an advantage. • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team

Days of work
07:30am to 04:30pm (Monday to Friday) Flexible to work on weekends when required. (34 hours per week)

$24 to $28 per hour
