A Titirangi based 70 seater Restaurant serving Nepali and Indian cuisine is looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to manage their day to day operations.
Responsibilities include -
• Oversee daily front of house operations, including reservations, seating, and guest flow • Lead, coach, and schedule front of house staff (servers, hosts, bar team) to ensure consistent, high quality service • Monitor guest feedback and address issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction and repeat business • Partner with the Head Chef on menu roll outs, specials, and events, ensuring smooth execution • Manage inventory of front of house supplies (glassware, linens, stationery) and coordinate timely reorders with suppliers • Administer the POS system: train staff, generate sales reports, and reconcile cash takings • Enforce health & safety, food hygiene, and licensing regulations • Assist with financial tracking, including daily takings, labour costs, and budget adherence.

Job Requirements
Minimum of one year or more supervisory or management experience preferably in an Indian restaurant. Knowledge of Nepali cuisine is a must. Available to work a 6 day week (Mon - Sun) Well presented with excellent communication skills and computer skills. Reliable with good attitude. Must have full drivers licence & own transport.
