About this job
A busy Subway outlet needs a person to Manage day-to-day store operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and alignment with company objectives. • Lead and develop a motivated team focused on delivering outstanding customer service and a positive shopping experience. • Effectively address and resolve customer concerns to maintain a high level of satisfaction and brand loyalty. • Drive sales performance through effective promotion of store deals, seasonal campaigns, and upselling techniques. • Oversee financial management including budgeting, transaction reconciliation, and reporting to head office. • Ensure full compliance with food safety and health regulations, fostering a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment. • Train, mentor, and supervise staff to maintain consistent standards in operations, service, and presentation. • Monitor stock levels, place orders, liaise with suppliers, and identify opportunities to enhance product offerings.

Job Requirements
The ideal applicant has • A minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience or a minimum relevant Level 4 qualification is essential. • Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required • Strong time management and teamwork abilities • Reliable, driven, and committed to delivering high standards • Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills • Strong problem-solving capabilities • Able to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
