Marketing and Digital Creative

Are you a digital-savvy creative who can to lead the charge on all things content and design? This is a hands-on, full-time role where you’ll be creating daily social content, designing eye-catching visuals, and supporting marketing projects and events that keep the business buzzing — both online and in-store. Collaborating with the business' Director, Marketing Lead, Chefs, Bakers and front of house teams, to bring to life exciting campaigns, showcasing new flavours, and ensuring unforgettable customer experiences across all platforms. Plan, create, and publish daily content across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. Design digital assets and marketing visuals (email graphics, posters, signage, social posts). Capture photos/videos in-store and manage fun, engaging content shoots. Coordinate and communicate new flavour releases with visuals and delicious descriptions. Manage Email, App, and SMS marketing campaigns. Keep website content, blog posts, and customer-facing platforms fresh and updated. Support customer enquiries, gift card orders, event bookings, and brand collaborations. Build and nurture partnerships with influencers, the Canterbury network, and the local community.

Must be able to pass pre-employment drug test and Ministry of Justice Check. Full Class 1 drivers' licence. Minimum of four years’ work experience in a creative, marketing, or digital role. Confidence using Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar design platforms. Experience with social media scheduling tools, EDM and App marketing platforms. Strong written and visual communication skills. A creative mind that's detail-oriented, organised, and full of initiative. Ability to juggle multiple projects independently with great time management. Bonus skills: Illustration, photography, or video editing.
