Defect Management Coordinator wanted.
You will monitor and manage the Distribution inbox, responding to queries per MUSA KPIs. Create and escalate defects, manage "Fix on site" and "Blue Tag pole" notifications, and oversee quality checks and invoicing. Prepare job packs, support fill-in work, and ensure quality assurance and invoicing. Manage project financials, including forecasting, accruals, and purchase orders. Order materials, arrange quotes and approvals, and schedule resources and maintenance activities. Collaborate with Programme Managers and stakeholders to meet objectives and support decision-making. Provide timely reporting and data analysis, ensure work meets customer standards, update all systems, and support invoicing accuracy with clients and auditors.

Job Requirements
Must have a strong knowledge of the electrical industry with experience in reading and reviewing network drawings. Proven planning, organisation, and project coordination skills. Problem-solving ability with a focus on maintaining workflow and decision-making under uncertainty. Must have a full Classs One Car Licence
