Driver

A Royal Oak based employer is seeking 3 x drivers to join their team of shuttle drivers.

Duties include -

* Operate company fleet to transport clients between the airport and various locations. * Plan routes using navigation tools to ensure the fastest possible journey. * Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks, ensuring the vehicle is always clean, tidy, and in excellent working condition. * Comply with all safe work practices, company policies, and processes. * Guarantee passenger safety and maintain professionalism to provide maximum customer satisfaction. * Manage and verify vehicle paperwork for accuracy. • Assist with loading and unloading clients' luggage. * Ensure vehicles are adequately fueled and prepared for immediate use. * Adhere strictly to traffic laws and drive responsibly. * Coordinate vehicle repairs as necessary and maintain accurate monthly mileage records.

Candidate Requirements -

* Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. * If you hold overseas license, then it should be more than 2 years old. * Ability to work in rostered shifts and on weekends. * Physical fitness to manage extended hours of driving. * Heavy lifting is involved and must be able to load and unload passenger’s luggage. * Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. * Commitment to working late nights as required. * You may be asked to travel out of Auckland to nearby regions to complete the job. * Must be available for Monday to Sunday 24 x 7 rostered shifts. Shift hours will be advised at interview.
