About this job
Henderson based Assistant Store Manager wanted to maintain business operations for busy fast-food outlet. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: o Coordinates personnel activities such as training, evaluating, coaching and performance management. - Ensures business compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. - Planning and preparing work schedules and assigning staff to specific duties - Assigns work to and monitoring work performance of staff. - Assists management to identify any issues and facilitate resolution to the problems. - Provides direction and feedback to team members. - Ensures work complies with relevant legislation, policies and procedures. - Ensuring that customers receive prompt service and quality goods and services - Responding to customers inquiries and complaints about goods and services

- Available to work across 7-days between 7am to 10pm - Able to pass pre-employment checks (drug test, Ministry of Justice check)
