Driver / Admin Role - Possible job share opportunity

Nelson Community Foodbank are seeking a part-time Driver/Admin Support to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for our food distribution service. You'll also provide administrative support to the wider team, and back-up for the Manager. The position is based in Tahunanui, Nelson.
What you'll be doing; • Safely transporting food parcels to our clients and agencies. • Collection, sorting and storage of food donations and other supplies • Providing administrative support, including data entry, and general office duties • Back-up for the Manager and during the Manager's absence • Liaising with volunteers, donors, and community partners to ensure the smooth running of our operations • Contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the Foodbank's processes • Other driving or admin duties, as required

Job Requirements
What we're looking for; • A current NZ driver's licence and experience operating light commercial vehicles • Strong organisational and time management skills • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities • Proficiency in using standard office software, such as Microsoft Office • A passion for supporting your local community and a commitment to our mission

- Tuesday to Friday - 3 to 4 hours daily generally between 10am and 2pm (16 hours per week)
