A Papakura funeral home is looking for an Admin Reception person. This opportunity will suit someone who thrives in a customer facing role and is confident interacting with grieving families. Full training and support are provided, however to flourish in this role you'll need empathy and patience along with common-sense and initiative to solve complex client interactions and situations.
Reception duties include: • Greeting client families and visitors in a warm and professional manner • Answering the phone warmly, professionally and with compassion • Supporting the manager with Marketing budgeting and graphics • Entering details for accurate record keeping and retrieval • Supporting other team members as required
