Duty Manager
About this job
This is a chance for a confident individual with a sound background in restaurants to work in a fast paced environment. Tasks include • Providing excellent services to customers, responding to enquiries and complaints. • Preparing rosters and assigning staff. • Assisting with hiring of new front of house staff, training etc. • Ensuring all staff on shift can operate sales systems efficiently. • Advising management of stock shortages. • Meeting compliance and regulations.
Job Requirements
• Have a minimum of two year's experience in a busy Restaurant or Cafe or a level 4 qualification/international equivalent • Have strong communication skills, remain positive & calm under pressure and be punctual & reliable • Have an eye for detail • Have a love for food & hospitality, love what you do!
- Days of work
- Flexibility is required as the business operates 7 days a week including weekends. Shifts are typically 11am-8pm or 3pm-10pm. (30 hours per week)
